Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body to stimulate natural healing processes. The underlying theory is that by inserting needles into specific points, known as acupuncture points, the flow of Qi (pronounced "chee"), or vital energy, is restored and balanced. Acupuncture is often used to help with a variety of health conditions, including pain, stress, anxiety, and digestive disorders.
